Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 days.
• Delivery within Australia usually takes 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.
• Standard shipping is FREE for all orders.
• We primarily use Australia Post for Australia wide deliveries .

Important Notes:

• Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and shown on the product page.
• Our warehouse team is working hard behind the scenes to get your order out as quickly as possible! During sales, licensed drops, and/or peak periods like Black Friday and Boxing Day, it may take us a little longer! We thank you in advance for your patience.

Pre-Orders:

A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centers. You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.
